Самый странный банк! Никакой лояльности к клиентам. Замучают смсками об оплате, хотя деньги УЖЕ внесены. Говорят, что это автоматически. Обслуживание в офисе оооочень долгое. В сравнении с другими банками очень проигрывает!

Берегите нервы, деньги и время, не обращайтесь в этот банк! Долгая история, постараюсь вкратце. Оформляли сделку по продаже квартиры (ипотека у покупателя в этом банке). Нас (я, жена с грудным ребенком и покупателя) пригласили к 14:00, но документы принесли только в 14:40. НА 1 ЛИСТЕ ДОГОВОРА БЫЛО 4 ОШИБКИ! Из-за этих ошибок в рег. палате могла бы быть приостановка. На просьбу быстрее исправить эти ошибки поскольку мы с маленьким ребенком и ещё нужно успеть в рег. палату, положительно не отреагировали. Как итог - ребенок плакал и в рег. палату мы не успели. Пришлось ехать на следующий день (опять с ребенком и опять отпрашиваться с работы). После регистрации мы приехали в банк, чтобы заказать деньги. Сотрудница не знала что с нами делать, взяла копии документов и сказала что мы можем идти. Мы уехали и тут же она позвонила и сказала что нужно вернуться и написать заявление. Для нас это значило СНОВА ПЛАТИТЬ ЗА ПАРКОВКУ и снова опаздывать на работу. СОТРУДНИКИ АБСОЛЮТНО НЕ КОМПЕТЕНТНЫ, НЕ ПРОЯВЛЯЮТ ДАЖЕ ДОЛИ ЧЕЛОВЕЧНОСТИ. УЖАСНЫЙ СЕРВИС.
