Сперва я увидела их салон в Пушкино, встретил меня абсолютно некомпетентный сотрудник, который не то что угловой шкаф нарисовать не смог, но геометрию не знал совсем (насколь знаю, он уже уволен), надо было просто пройти мимо, но было хорошее настроение и решила позвонить в их центральный офис в Посаде. Светлана оказалась очень приветливой и компетентной, чтт решила дать им еще один шан (зачем?!) В итоге сделали хороший дизайн, подобрали материалы. На это плюсы законились. Шкаф мне собирали дольше полутора месяцев. Я не про изготовление, здесь более-менее вовремя. А про сам процесс сборки. 3 человека целый день что-то делали, нитуда прикрутили петли, потом выяснили, что петли не те, сказали позвонят и пропали на неделю. Как выяснилось, в офис даже не сообщили, что шкаф не закончен! Извинялись, через несколько дней пришли снова, петли снова оказались не те!!! Заказли новые правильные, но они не встали, потому что дверь была раскурочена неправильной сборкой. В итоге пришел рестовоатор и в два захода "восстановил" дверь. Но если приглядываться, заплатки видны. Вымотала меня эта сборка, что согласилась со всем, лишь бы оставили в покое. Какого лешего я такая добрая мне не понятно, вот хотелось же что б разобрали это мракобесие и вернули деньги, надо быдо тогда в суд идти. Но смертлась. Через полгода, одна из петель отвалилась. Причем на двери, которой я ОЧЕНЬ редко пользуюсь. Обидно до слёз и из-за денег, и времени, и нервов. Не советую связываться. Направила фото их главному, молчит. Светлана – менеджер, с которой работала, попросила номер договора. Я его, конечно, найду, посмотрим что будет, но сомневаюсь в позитивном исходе. А времени с заключения договора прошло много, с судом связываться не в нашей стране. Если хотите шкаф, выберите более надежную фирму. Ах да, мне обещали чем-нибудь компенсировать моральный ущерб, но естественно, забыли о своем обещании как только вышли за порог
