Была на приеме у аллерголога-пульмонолога. Приемом осталась довольна . 1,5 года бегала по врачам города- никакого результата . 2 приема здесь решили мои проблемы . Огромное спасибо Капустиной Н.Г. В скором времени думаю сходить к другим специалистам данной клиники. Надеюсь они меня тоже не разочаруют )

Типичная коммерческая клиника «рога и копыта», с достаточно некомпетентным младшем персоналом и администрацией. Насчёт врачей ничего сказать не могу. Позвонили заранее касательно того, чтобы сделать укол. Администратор спросила есть ли бланк от врача, сказали что есть, с печатью врача. Сросили есть ли печать организации, сказали, что нет. Администратор сказала приезжать, сделают. На месте выясняется, что на бланке нужна печать организации. Пытались доказать, что мы по телефону это обозначили. Вместо того, чтобы помочь и как-то решить проблему Администратор запросила в колл центре запись разговора. Ждали минут 10, после чего нам объявили, что мы якобы говорили про печать организации ; нам прослушать само собой никто не дал :) Ладно, спросили как быть? Можно ли прислать скан с печатью или фото. Сказали можно. Звоним лечащему, она делает бланк со всеми печатями. Присылаем на почту этой «клиники». Новая проблема, администратор не может открыть файл... Но на укол все же пустила..
