Хочу предупредить всех, кто ищет адекватную клинику. Обратилась сюда с явными признаками простуды (высокая температура, слабость). При записи по телефону меня заверили, что можно воспользоваться данными с «Госуслуг». На месте же на ресепшене с меня потребовали паспорт, объяснив, что карточку нужно заводить только так. Хотя я пришла больная, приехала с работы. Зачем вводить в заблуждение при записи? Врач-терапевт Ягудова А.Х.К. крайне не заинтересованный в помощи специалист. Выслушала молча, прописала стандартный шаблонный план лечения, даже не вникая в мои жалобы. Выписала антибиотик из группы пенициллина, хотя я чётко сообщила об аллергии на него! Также врач обещала закрыть больничный 7 апреля. Каково было моё удивление, когда 15 апреля (спустя неделю!) я узнаю от бухгалтерии, что лист ДО СИХ ПОР НЕ ЗАКРЫТ. Всё это время я не числилась на работе по документам. Никакой клиентоориентированности, лояльности к больным и элементарной ответственности. Терять своё время и деньги здесь точно не стоит.
