Перед поездкой в этот салон согласовали время нашего приезда, так как живем от салона далеко, менеджер ответила, что машина будет к нашему приезду уже в салоне. По прибытию оказалось, что ее даже не собирались пригонять. " Мариновали" нас 5 часов. Сначала нашу машину диагностировали вместо обещанных 20 минут, целый час. Когда мы сказали, что хотим присутствовать при диагностике старой машины, менеджер ответила отказом, потом выяснилось, когда диагностика уже была проведена, что можно было. Это очень настораживает. Затем больше 2 часов ждали, когда нам одобрят кредит. В самом салоне кредитного менеджера нет. Если вам одним из банков кредит будет одобрен, придется ждать приезда кредитного менеджера( нам было озвучено время- 1,5 часа), поэтому мы сами поехали в другой салон к нему. В результате, выяснилось, что нам пригнали не ту машину, а мы ее уже заправили. Опять ждали, когда нам пригонят другую машину. В результате еще 2часа потерянного времени. Цены, которые озвучивают операторы по телефонам, не соответствуют действительности. В салоне цена возрастает на 500000руб. На вопрос, почему такая разница, менеджер отдела продаж в салоне отвечает, что колл- центр работает самостоятельно, и цены озвучивают без допуслуг и т.д. Машин в салоне практически нет, просто приехать и посмотреть не получится. Сначала нужно пройти всю процедуру, описанную выше, потом только пригонят машину. Готовьтесь потратить весь день, наберитесь терпения и приготовьте на полмиллиона больше, чем увидели на сайте или вам озвучили по телефонуи и в добрый путь. Кстати, никаких скидок, подарков, ввиде резины, КАСКО и т.д. тоже нет.

Всем здравствуйте, не рекомендую совсем туда ехать,обманывают говорят есть машина в наличии а приезжаешь нет и предлагают другую машину за космическую сумму!!! Ужасный салон
