Обслуживаю свою машину на этой станции более 4-х лет. За 30 лет стажа на 10-м автомобиле, насмотрелся на очень много СТО, с уровнем от гаражных колхозников начал 90-х, с ясным взглядом уродовавших машину, до настоящих Кулибиных. Про официалов молчу, они только масло умеют менять, судя по ценам с добавлением ионов серебра, а может и золота. На А-21 все вопросы, с которыми обращался решались. Да был случай, когда очень долго не могли диагностировать «плавающую неисправность» в электрике, которая по закону Мэрфи исчезает при заезде на сервис. При этом не занялись каскадной заменой всего что есть в машине, как делают многие, а долго боролись и все же нашли в чем причина. По стандартным слесарным работам в принципе не было никаких вопросов, включая замену двигателя на машине. Касаемо цен, в том числе на запчасти, возможно там не самый дешевый поставщик, но тут вопрос и качества деталей и в любом случае все это обсуждается. В плане общения и отношения к машине - тут выше всяких оценок, особенно в моем случае далеко не новой Альмеры, что только на родном двигателе пробежала ровно как до Луны. И самое главное никогда не было разводов на лишний и не нужный ремонт, а в случае единичных ошибок диагностики – деньги за данную работу не брались, что в индустрии любого сервиса - встречается исключительно редко. Быстро оперативно исправили косяки предыдущего сервиса на машинке с кдсс, дружный коллектив, теплая атмосфера, всем рекомендую :)
