Сделала заказ на сайте. Приехала в магазин на Куйбышева забрать - в итоге - чтобы забрать товар нужно было зайти внутрь, а без маски не пускают. И все равно, что приехала через весь город и это самовывоз. Маску пытались продать за 300 рублей, чтобы я могла зайти. Бред! Нашла в машине, зашла. Внутри уже были покупатели, а сами сотрудники (2 девушки) ходят без маски. На мое замечание ответили грубо и нахамили. Самое забавное, что на кассе эти маски лежат уже за 30, а не за 300 рублей. Сервис просто на высоте. Больше туда не пойду.

Отвратительное обслуживание!!!! Два раза делала заказ в интернет-магазине. Приходит письмо на почту, что заказ принят в обработку и дальше тишина. Ни звонков с подтверждением заказа, ни, тем более, о том, что заказ готов к выдаче. В итоге оба раза перезванивала сама. В первый раз оказалось, что у них сбой, они заказы видят, но обрабатывать не могут (со слов консультанта, по телефону). Второй раз (сегодня, 19.01.2019) оказалось, что нет ботинок, которые я выбрала. На вопрос: почему не позвонили, не согласовали замену и т.д.. Ответ потрясающий: "У нас очень много заказов, мы не успеваем". В общем, масса вопросов к этому магазину. Выезжают реально только на том, что цены ниже, чем где бы то ни было. Но даже при этом, лыжи и ботинки дочери в итоге купили с "Спортмастере".

Перед Новым годом купила ребенку лыжные палки из карбона при первом же толчке лопнули напополам Северный центр дал отказ сказали что поломка механическая,Что ребенок на них наступил!! НЕ СОВЕТУЮ !!В ЭТОМ МАГАЗИНЕ ВСЯ ПРОДУКЦИЯ БРАКОВАННАЯ
