Проходили медосмотр в данной клинике. В регистратуре наблюдаются очереди и медленное обслуживание. Сотрудники не проявляют оперативности, что создает нервозную обстановку и затягивает время приема. Взяли кровь ужасно, на месте инъекции обширная гематома и уплотнение, которое сохраняется до сих пор. В процедурном кабинете целый проходной двор, все сотрудники разговаривают между собой, обсуждают пациентов и используют совершенно непозволительное общение с пациентами. Особенно неприемлемым было отношение врача гинеколога Сафоновой. Вместо корректного и профессионального общения я столкнулась с откровенным хамством, пренебрежительным тоном и грубостью. Врач не смогла ответить на заданные вопросы, намекая на «платный прием». Важно обратить внимание на неудовлетворительное санитарное состояние помещений, в частности процедурный кабинет (в один лоток помещают и грязные иглы и новые, уже для нового человека).

На мой взгляд - отвратительный сервис. Врачи принимают наотмашь, грубят. психиатр Асафова - просто хамила. Хочется в суд подать. И это платная клиника!!! процедурный кабинет оставил худшие впечатления. Медсестра действовала очень грубо, в вену с первого раза не попала, начала «искать» её иглой прямо под кожей. Было жутко больно. В итоге сейчас вся рука в огромном темно-фиолетовом синяке, локоть болит и тяжело разгибается. Мне стало реально плохо, обидно до слез((( Жалко потраченного времени и денег. Больше сюда ни ногой.
