Нашла то что искала, но обслуживание ужасное, долго очень все оформляли, и ещё хотели битый телевизор сунуть, не хотели проверять. Консультанты работают ужасно, где вы их берёте. Как мухи сонные ходят

Заказ 09815184-460 от 12.02.2020. Получен 16.02.2020 г. Вследствие некачественной работы, 26.02.2020 г. обратилась по возврату товара в магазин, однако, направили в СЦ, чтобы принять товар на диагностику, нигде в законе о защите прав потребителей не указано, что в этом есть необходимость. Согласно ЗПП Покупатель имеет право вернуть товар ненадлежащего качества и получить возврат средств в течение 3-х дней. Проведение Вами так называемых диагностик это это искусственное затягивание сроков возврата д/с.

Ирина, спасибо за Ваш отзыв! Так как у нас при магазине есть свой сервисный центр, мы всегда для начала проверяем гарантийный товар. Искусственно сроки мы ни в коем случае не затягиваем, все в соответствии с Законом РФ "О защите прав потребителей". В данном случае все очень оперативно было решено в Вашу пользу, денежные средства были возвращены. Надеемся, что эта ситуация не испортила Ваше впечатление о нашей организации. Ждём Вас снова за покупками!
