Зашла в субботу в этот магазин, т.к. понравились шторы, которые висели у окна, и чтобы к ним пройти и поближе разглядеть, нужно было перешагнуть через стул, который почему-то стоял в магазине не в нужном месте, не давая прохода к товару. Продавец мне не разрешил этого сделать и сам не удосужился перешагнуть и показать мне поближе эти шторы, соответственно, как можно купить товар, к которому ты даже подойти то и не можешь! Потом выясняется, что у продавца эти шторы есть в упакованном виде! я попросила полностью раскрыть пакет, чтобы рассмотреть шторы- продавец отказался этого сделать. Причину не пояснил, не многословный продавец, что по-моему странно для этой профессии. Причем стоимость штор по памяти не более 1500 руб.! В итоге, шторы мне показать никто не захотел, без объяснений на это причин, но т. к. они мне сильно понравились, меня это так сильно возмутило. Я запросила книгу отзывов и предложений, чтобы отразить в ней свое не довольствие и некомпетентность работника в этом магазине, на что продавец мне грубо сказал, что книги НЕТ, представляться она также отказалась, озвучила что не должна и все вопросы к директору магазина! Такого отношения к потенциальному покупателю давно не встречала, тем более что уровень магазина далеко не VIP. Моя оценка этому магазину: - за работу продавца-2!, - за такое отношение к покупателю - 2! - за не предоставление книги жалоб потребителю при его требовании предусмотрены штрафы на основании инструктивного письма Роспотребнадзора (от 31.08.2007 № 0100/8935-07-23) «Об особенностях правоприменительной практики», норм ст.14.8. КоАП РФ «Нарушение иных прав потребителей»: до 10.000 рублей – юридические лица, 1000 рублей - должностные лица. Я очень надеюсь, что мой отзыв дойдет до директора этой компании, о котором так часто говорил продавец. Так как меня это все очень оскорбило, тем более я была с мамой и сестрой, такой неприятный осадок оставил этот магазин! С этим нужно срочно что-то делать! И начать директору нужно с беседы и Должностной инструкции и должностных обязанностей продавца! Спасибо, Мария
