Никакой клиентоориентированности . Зашла с конкретной целью купить цепочку , в пустом магазине человек 8 консультантов - и ни один не поздоровался , не предложил помощи . Подошла к прилавку к одному из консультантов сама -девушка подняла на меня глаза и сделала вид что не видит, здороваться ее тоже никто не научил , видимо. Ну ладно , мы не гордые , сама обратилась к другому консультанту , который выглядел «менее занятым», спросила, где посмотреть интересующее изделие . Она мне махнула рукой через прилавок «там смотрите». Ни попытки помочь , показать, ничего. Зачем, спрашивается, там 8 человек работает. Не страдаю излишней придирчивостью к сервису , но тут было очень не приятно. Вышла и купила то, что было нужно, ровно в соседнем ювелирном магазине, где отнеслись адекватно. Обходите стороной, если не хотите испортить себе настроение.

Я не смогла обменять серьги не отходя от кассы ,да если я прошла домой и через неделю обратилась с этой просьбой ,да и пломба не вскрыта и чек при себе имеется.
