29.06.2020 мною было куплено 2 золотых кольца. В течение дня к 16.00 часам примерно у одно из кольца выпал камень. Через 30 минут обратилась в магазин где приобрела товар. Продавцы извинились за некачественное изделие, то есть это позор.... написала заявление об обмене или возврате денежных средств. И просидела в магазине до его закрытия ждали ответа смс сообщением руководителя, так и не дождавшись продавцы предложили прийти в другой день. Позвонила в горячую линию там меня технично отшили ответили, что руководитель заявление рассматривает в течение 7 дней, но при покупке никаких договоров в случае некачественного изделия заключено не было. Поэтому будьте очень осторожны, заключайте письменное соглашение о покупке и о возврате в день обращения. Самое главное не совершайте покупки именно в этих сетях 585 золотой, зная о не порядочности директора по отношению к покупателям и своим работникам.

Зашла получить по акции подарок. Девушка с кассы сказала, что получить его, конечно же, можно, но сейчас все заняты. И Быстро побежал к людям, прошедшим к ветринам. Все понимаю! Но такой нежный отказ подпортил настроение. Ушла! Хотя хотела приобрести украшения помимо акционного подарка
