Зашли чисто случайно, посмотреть, по факту купили. Нам объяснили скидки на определённые изделия, объяснили сколько будет итоговая стоимость, ок, ну мы довольные взяли одно золотое и одно серебряное. И так, золотое кольцо 13933, скидку обещали 30%, в чеке пробилась 20%, начинаю считать и оказалось что со скидкой 20% это должно быть 11146,4, а в чеке пробилась 11150, как так? Кто это посчитал? Серебро 3690, там скидка 54%, должно быть 1697,4, в чеке 1710.. это сфигали вы округлять то начали?? Че за неточность? Что за мелочность? Мне эти итоговые 15 рублей не сдались, но сам факт просто омерзителен! А еще, нам дали бесплатную салфетку, которую пробили в чеке, на которую сделали скидку аж в 50 р, так круто получить бесплатную салфетку за 110 р. вместо 160 р, я так рад! Ваша щедрость не знает границ.. хоть на пакет скидка 100% и действительно в чеке он бесплатный. А ведь если бы не ваша платно-бесплатная салфетка в чеке я бы и не начал считать. Покупать у вас я больше не буду, советовать кому то вас не стану.

Сегодня приобрела в данном салоне кольцо, пришла домой и обнаружила скол на камне, очень расстроилась, что продавцы (своим профессиональным взглядом не посмотрели или целенаправленно не сообщили об этом.

Добрый день! Пожалуйста, обратитесь в розничный магазин, в котором приобретали изделие. С собой возьмите, пожалуйста, паспорт, изделие с биркой, а также чек покупки, если он сохранился. Продавцы помогут составить заявление на возврат. Гарантия на все изделия - 1 год.

1.11.24 покупали обручальные кольца ,очень все понравилась ,девочки все скидки предложили, очень внимательные ,мы пакупкай и персоналом остались довольны .
