Подарили сертификат, решил на него приобрести себе часы. В магазинах по 5, максимум 10 мужских часов сомнительного дизайна. Зашёл на сайт, выбрал подходящие, но заказать в магазин их НЕЛЬЗЯ. Ответа на: «Почему так?» я не получил ни от консультантов, ни от операторов горячей линии. Кроме как часы приобретать ничего не планировал, но видимо и их я не получу. Сертификаты бесполезны, оплатить ими можно только в магазине, а выбор в магазине как каком-то киоске с бижутерией.

Добрый день! Являясь постоянными клиентами этого магазина, не задумываясь, за подарком ко дню моего рождения отправились с мужем именно сюда. Выбрали колечко, со скидкой получилось меньше чем на ценнике. Девушка на кассе дала украшение проверить на целостность, поздравила с днём рождения, положила кольцо в мешочек, и в пакетик. Мы рассчитались и ушли довольные. В пакете я обнаружила средство для очистки ювелирных изделий, подумала подарок сделали, даже приятно было, НО сегодня, при рассмотрении чека, я обнаружила что этот набор нам по умолчанию пробили в чек, это не подарок и он стоит вполне реальных денег! Без спроса, без предложения, продавец решила что оно нам надо! Конечно и сами виноваты, чек не проверили, но раньше накладок и претензий не было. А вчера вот такой случай приключился. Ехать в магазин, ругаться - не хочется до конца портить себе праздник. Осадок остался.
