Были сегодня в одном из магазинов @zoloto585.ru и ушли, к сожалению, с плохим настроением. Объясняю. 3 июля приобрели изделие. 7 июля утром обнаружили, что выпал камень. Приехали в магазин, чтобы совершить обмен или возврат средств. В магазине консультанты обращались с нами невежливо. Девушка объяснила, что возврат средств вряд ли одобрят, потому что «мы его погнули», хотя там клеймо от пробы, соответственно дело в качестве продукции, ведь я его носила всего 3 дня! Она ушла за заявлением. Ее не было около 10 минут. Неужели так сложно распечатать несколько бланков заранее, чтобы не заставлять клиента ждать?! Когда она вернулась, попросила другого человека заменить ее, тк у неё произошли проблемы с обувью. Заявление мы заполняли самостоятельно. Но больше всего раздражает система возврата или обмена. Мы должны ждать 7 рабочих дней только для того, чтобы нам согласовали !!! И только через неделю мы узнаем, вернут ли нам деньги и можно ли обменять на другое изделие))) но после такого мы хотим вернуть деньги и больше не возвращаться в сеть данных магазинов!

Ужасный магазин. Не качественные изделия. На кольце камень выпал спустя 3 дня! А чтобы вернуть его нужно написать заявление и тогда его рассмотрят через неделю!!!!! Ужасные консультанты. Худший сервис!!!!!!!!! Еще упрекнули мол мы погнули кольцо, но оно изначально таким было из-за клейма пробы Еси можно было бы поставить - было бы -10 звезд!!!!!!!
