Никогда в жизни не пойду больше в этот магазин. Если что то по размеру не подошло или просто хотите поменять ювелирное изделие в этом магазине,то это целый геморой. Мне пришлось туда приехать раза 4

Получила негативное впечатление от данной точки, а точнее от некоторых консультантов, в частности молодой брюнетки Ирины, которая крайне агрессивно разговаривала с покупателями. Дата посещения - 20.12.2018. В качестве предыстории: я попала в этот магазин случайно по акции от мобильного оператора и 585 - абонентам предлагали бесплатный шарм. Бесплатное всегда приятно, поэтому я решила заглянуть. Очевидно, я была не первая подобная клиентка , вполне допускаю, что брюнетку Ирину разозлили предыдущие покупатели, потому что, по моему мнению, поняв, что я пришла просто за бесплатной подвеской, разговаривала консультант просто по-хамски. Конечно, меня не обзывали и т.п., но агрессивный стиль общения очень чувствовался - мне даже не давали высказать фразу - как тут же перебивали ее злым ответом. В завершении всего, мне даже не положили этот бесплатный шарм в пакетик, ответив, что их НЕТ. К слову, аналогичная акция проходила в ювелирном магазине другой сети, там также выдавали бесплатный подарок. И в той торговой точке девушки-консультанты были очень вежливы. А теперь угадайте, когда мне понадобится купить какое-то украшение ( а мне понадобится) в какой магазин я пойду? В 585 на Плехановской или в другой ювелирный, где со мной были вежливы?
