Согласна с предыдущими отзывами, что все познается в сравнении! Сразу же скажу, что чаем и кофе сейчас никого не удивишь. Во всех приличных салонах это уже обязательный ритуал! Хожу в этот салон, но только к одному мастеру - Элле. Маникюром довольна, но иногда бывают и порезы. Больше всего раздражает администратор салона! Бейджа нет, поэтому имени не помню ( блондинка с короткой стрижкой). Каждый раз приходится контролировать марку покрытия! Часто вместо топа марок Люксио или CND покрывают другими более дешевыми марками!!! Хотя плату берут по максимуму! Многие молодые клиентки на это не обращают внимания, вот админ этим и пользуется! Когда я попросила, чтобы мне все этапы покрытия сделали одной маркой Люксио, то мне сказали, что топа НЕТ! Более того, администратор проигнорировала мое законное требование и ушла курить! Полное игнорирование клиента!!! После категорического отказа делать покрытие топом другой марки, топ Люксио сразу появился! Интересно, в курсе ли такого поведения своих сотрудников хозяин бизнеса ИП Зинушина?

Елена,спасибо большое за ваш отзыв, очень жаль, что Вы остались недовольны работай нашего администратора, от других клиентов мы получаем множество положительных отзывов о работе наших мастеров и администраторов, топы и базы мы используем одних марок, просто иногда выравнивание делается другими базами, например базой kodi.
