Записывалась на снятие и комплекс маникюр+педикюр с покрытием по акции. В итоге мне посчитали отдельно маникюр, отдельно педикюр и отдельно покрытия, потому что у меня было ещё и снятие. Типа, когда есть ещё какие-нибудь услуги, то акция вообще не действует. По факту получилось гораздо дороже, чем при записи. До этого почему-то считали все без проблем. К качеству работы претензий нет.

То есть, чтобы действовала акция, надо снятие маникюра оформлять как отдельный визит?

Анастасия, здравствуйте! Формирование акций направлено на максимальную оптимизацию затрат посетителей на услуги и составляет скидку в размере 25%. В связи с чем программа считает акции только в том формате, в котором это заложено. Иначе акции не были бы значительно дешевле расчёта по прайсу. При снятие в рамках акции, к сожалению, программа в любом случае рассчитает стоимость услуг по стандартному прайсу. Очень некачественное исполнение маникюра. Клиентов видимо немного, порезали, и ужасно покрыли. На 3 й день заусенцы. Попросила переделать, отказали.
