Было однажды такое, что шторы испачкали. Плюсом еще и времени совсем не было стирать, потому что перед праздником это случилось (по-моему это был Новый Год или Рождество). Я конечно сама пробовала сначала отстирать, но никак. Эти маркеры вообще не отстирывались. Позвонила в 4 сезона и узнала о том, когда можно приехать отдать шторы. Дозвонилась я правда не с первого раза, но здесь уже вопрос скорее к качеству сотовой связи. Через неделю примерно мне вернули шторы абсолютно чистыми. Это был мой первый и удачный опыт в взаимодействии с прачечными.

Испачкали светлый шерстяной ковер на съемной квартире ягодами (история жуть - упал черничный творожный пирог и его к тому же придавили ногой). Пятно было в диаметре см 8-10, самой не удалось отдраить, поэтому решила обратиться в ближайшую химчистку - 4 сезона. Я не знаю, как ребята это сделали, но через 10 дней они сами позвонили и привезли мне обратно чистый хозяйский ковер! Спасибо! Спасли от нервотрепки в разговоре и объяснениях с арендатором.
