Обращался к ребятам уже несколько раз. За адекватные деньги устанавливал локеры, брызговики на новый авто. Последний раз менял у них клапан управления турбиной. В некоторых конторах на вопрос сколько стоит поменять называли дикие суммы, а другие услышав слово турбина вообще отказывались. Рекомендую. Ответственные ребята.

Делал диагностику ходовой "мастер" записать необходимые для замены запчасти отказался. Сайлентблоки, как сказали мне уже в магазинах, двух видов. Хотел уточнить в этом "сервисе" по телефону, в итоге снова нахамили по телефону и мягко говоря отказались от комментариев. Сервис двухэтажный, когда выходил на улицу, со второго этажа вылилось пол ведра воды. А могло кому-то на голову. Итог - хамство на каждом шагу.

Здравствуйте! Очень сожалеем, что вам не понравилось у нас. Мы будем стараться, чтобы исправиться. По ситуации, прошу выслать номер телефона на адрес электронной почты (autoservice3d@ya.ru). Как Генеральный руководитель хочу разобраться в данной ситуации. На счет сайлентблоков двух видов, мастер не как не скажет какие у вас, это не возможно посмотреть без снятия, какие у вас стоят должен был посмотреть консультант в магазине, по данным вашего авто а именно (VIN автомобиля). По факту что вам не хотели написать диагностическую карту, я как руководитель разберусь, на счет воды е понятно от куда она там могла быть, у нас в сервисе окна не открываются, они под пломбами, воды больше взяться нигде не могло, кроме как с крыши, но от куда ей там быть?! Прошу связаться со мной, спасибо за отзыв.
