отличный жк! купили с женой в начале года, квартира однушки, с отделкой, цена очень доступная. закрытая территория, магазины в шаговой доступности, фитнес, спорткомплекс рядом, подземная парков и даже есть кладовые . Рядом останавливается автобус 451, до вднх идет от 40 минут. С другой стороны рядом с набережной останавливается маршрутка 13, идет до платформы "Пушкино". есть другие 19 и 22 маршрутка. рядом серебрянка, с пляжем, народ шашлыки жарит. не шумно. воздух отличный, 2км в область и вот огромный глобус, леруа мерлен , декатлон , кинотеатр киномакс , куча магазинов и садовый магазин марвин. есть два минуса, это управляющая компания(не очень адекватно реагируют) и придурки соседи, которые мусорят , все ломают и много возмущаются! дом на кадастр поставили, вода теперь отличная! С оформлением проблем не было. Всем рекомендую!
