прочла отзыв Оксаны. Как будто не про 411 отделение написано. Раньше в отделении было три двери: телеграф/телефон, почтовое отделение и отдел доставки/подписки/оплаты/пенсий. Все двери в один ряд, рядом друг с другом на расстоянии 3-5 метров. Что там можно было искать в течение 10 минут?... Несколько лет назад сделали ремонт, объединили все отделы, отдельный вход только в отдел доставки. Никогда наши операторы не висят на телефоне и не занимаются своими делами. Говорю с полной уверенностью, т.к. бываю на этом почтовом отделении минимум раз в неделю, а то и по 2-3 раза, в течение последних 10 лет. Но в очереди иногда можно долго простоять, т.к. почта обслуживает большой район, где есть пара так называемых бизнес-центров, откуда идет очень много народу с отправкой заказных писем (приносят пачками на отправку). Обслуживание в этом отделении вежливое. Зав.отделением сама не позволяет себе ругаться с клиентами и команду подобрала хорошую. Лично я нашим отделением очень довольна. А Оксана, видимо, была не довольна тем, что её отправили за тяжелой посылкой в другое отделение, поэтому и была взвинчена.

В прошлом году мне прислали большую посылку, а наше отделение такие не принимает. Меня направили в 411. У них очень неудобно разбиты отделы, каждое с отдельным входом с улицы, пока нашла нужное, минут 10 прошло. Стояла в очереди из 3 человек 45 минут, потому что сотрудницы почты то своими делами занимались, то на звонки отвечали, то к клиентами ругались. Впечатление осталось отвратительное!
