Хожу на эту почту так как живу рядом, но это просто какой то кошмар. Там мало того что огромнейшие очереди в которых приходится стоять ЧАСАМИ, так еще и работает всегда одно окно из 3-х. Те кто там работает это отдельный разговор. Тебе просто на просто хамят, грубят. Часто теряли мои поселки. Так что просто неуд им.

Обращаюсь с претензией к работе Таллинского отделения. Из Новосибирска 17.10.17 мной была отправлена посылка. Квитанция об отправлении имеется. Отслеживание по трек-номеру показало, что посылка прибыла в почтовое отделение 27.10.17. Получателю при обращении в отделение сотрудники сообщили, что найти посылку не могут и искать ее они не собираются. Хочу обратить внимание руководства на работу сотрудников этого отделения! Такое обращение с клиентами не допустимо! Мной создана претензия на сайте Почты России. И я очень надеюсь, что посылку найдут и выдадут Получателю. Мой отзыв будет о работе Почты России и будет однозначно положительный! Хочу выразить благодарность сотрудникам! Всего за четыре‼️😱 дня письмо из Краснодарского края пришло в Москву! Заказное письмо за 150 рублей с долгожданным содержанием у меня, я счастлива! А в прочем у меня вообще не было казусов с отправкой/доставкой писем, на все праздники отправляю открытки бабуле и всегда точно в срок приходят! А также в окошке приветливые сотрудницы, всегда все подскажут.
