После ремонта и набора новых девушек - почтовое отделение преобразилось. Отношение к клиентам стало на порядок лучше. Наконец убрали левых арендаторов. Спасибо.

Добрый день! Я приехала их другого города,в столице полтора месяца. Ждала заказное письмо и посылку из своего родного города. Зашла на постоаое отделение.....Подобного безобразия я ещё не встречала, такое чувство, что работниц люди раздражают, сразу хочется спросить:Если вам здесь не нравится, что здесь делаете? Найдите другую работу. На вопросы отвечают сквозь зубы, лишний раз зад не поднимут.Была удивлена подобным отношением и зам.нач.отделения. Непонятно, кто для кого работает.Эх, москвичи, почему не жалуетесь? .У нас в провинции работники услуг прииветлевее и отзывчевее.Удачи. Желаю отделению поменять коллектив!

Внимания к клиентам нет. Хотел купить лотерейный билет. Сказали, что продают только в окне 2. Продавца там не было. Прождал 15 мин. И ушел. На почте был я один. Работники из других окон мне не помогли.

Как не приду в это отделение - народ есть, но благодаря электронной очереди, стало культурнее. Достаточно маленькое отделение, всего 3 окна, но сотрудники вполне вежливые, хоть и льется на них негатив постоянный, хотя чего можно требовать от страны, если мы сами не уважаем друг друга.
