Все нормальные сотрудники уволились,почта России оказывает столько услуг а работникам зарплату платит копейки .Чтобы получить посылку надо ждать,пока отправят кучу писем,хотя на выдачу,должно быть отдельное окно,не которые мелкие пакеты теряются в отделении,а потом отсылают на зад, 2 месяца валялся у них пакет, а квитанцыю не несли , а потом стали требовать деньги за хранение,а не которые так и отправляют обратно,вобщем нужна реформа верхов почты России.

Мое почтовое отделение по месту жительства. Работают так, как им хочется, задерживают корреспонденцию, из всех сотрудников разговаривать можно только с двумя. Остальные хамят беспрерывно. Посылки и заказные письма здесь можно отправить иногда раз в неделю, иногда - два, а бывает, что и вовсе нельзя. Даже, если чудесным образом здесь не окажется очереди, меньше чем за час , скажем с покупкой конверта, не управишься. Если есть возможность обратиться в другое отделение или на почтамт - обращайтесь.

Как на рынке, вроде стремятся прогрессу есть табло очереди, но по старинке вызывают. Вечно не все окна работают. Есть приложение по которому информация поступает на тел., но почемуто оно дублируется бумажными в почтовый ящик. Но плюсы тоже есть. Благодаря приложению стали гораздо быстрее обслуживать.

«Повезло» отстоять час с лишним в очереди отправить два письма... только один сотрудник отравляет письма за безналичный расчёт...за это время бы уже доехала на другой конец Москвы... давно так не попадала...

После капитального ремонта в отделении хотя бы находиться стало приятно! Добавили электронную очередь (на манер банков - с талонами) оборудовали места для того, чтобы можно было посидеть. Отделение вообще стало работать оперативнее, добавили очень удобную упрощенную систему для забора посылок.
