Пришёл за посылкой, не работают.Пришё ещё раз ,работают до 17:00.В третий раз прихожу,и какой то сотрудник орёт ,ВЫЙДИТЕ.Ты либо выдай посылку,либо объясни по человечески.Час стояние в очереди на улице на холоде и посылка ,спустя месяц походов на почту ,у меня. Сейчас уже четвёртый раз прихожу на почту по записи.Первый раз всё прекрасно.Загорелся мой номер ,я подошёл к первому окну.всё отлично. Последующие 3 раза мой номер не загорался.Я подходил к окну и выслушивал упрёки,почему я заранее не предупредил.Где это написано?У вас сотрудники правила свои читают? Да,и время на почте не правильное часы показывают.На 3 минуты врут.

Безобразное обслуживание в последнее время в почтовом отделении 119607. На две последние посылки из Китая не прислали извещений. Первую посылку, эти недоработники отправили обратно, извещения не принесли, в ящик мелкий пакет не бросили, этим простофилям проще было посылку обратно отослать. Для сравнения, до этого я получила порядка пятидесяти посылок из Китая, на все были извещения. Ящик закрыт замком и в подъезде работают видеокамеры. Заведующая отделением 119607, Селюкова Н. П. приняла жалобу 28.10.20, прошло более месяца, ответа на жалобу я не получила. Так работают профаны в России.

Отказали принять посылку, сославшись на то что они принимают только до 15 кг, хотя на сайте указано , что принимают все отделения. Пандус состоит из двух рельсов расположенных далеко друг от друга. И мне пришлось нести посылку вверх, а затем ещё вниз. Так было отказано в обслуживание .
