Ближайшее отделение к дому. Всегда отправляю и получаю посылки без проблем. Чтобы сэкономить время, советую всем сделать упрощенку с номером мобильного, тогда и паспорт не нужен при получении, и могут принять вне общей очереди.

03.12.2020 придя в отделение номер 117463, я сразу сказала, что хочу отправить обычную посылку, потому что первый класс меня не интересует, по срокам меня обычная более чем устраивает, мне оператор не сказал вес посылки, не сказал, что оформил емс и когда я начала рассматривать чек, отвлёк меня, потому что я очень долго в него всматривалась и не понимала, почему трек номер не такой, как обычно, на вопрос, а через сколько доставят, сказал «как обычно, через 6-7 дней» Я поняла, в чем дело только вечером, когда зашла на электронную почту и заглянула в письма Сегодня я пошла писать претензию, и мне сказали, что я сама виновата. И так же сегодня я узнала, что работникам доплачивают за 1 класс доставки Но причина ли это обманывать? Он не навязал мне услугу, он попросту даже не упомянул о ней! То есть обманул. Я рекомендую всем, кто когда-либо пойдёт на почту, быть на чеку, и спрашивать, даже если вы, как и я, 1000 раз ходили в одно и тоже отделение и не ждёте, что вас могут так кинуть.
