Надо идти на второй этаж по лестнице, что не всем удобно, само отделение, хоть и после небольшого ремонта а ощущения, что остались ещё в далёком прошлом, и персонал не всегда вежлив

Хорошее отделение! Дольше 5 мин никогда не ждала. С приложением вообще все моментально стало. Посылки тоже приходят очень быстро. Доброжелательные сотрудники.

Передо мной обслужили женщину БЕЗ маски, меня же отказались обслуживать, заставляя покупать маску.Работала полная женщина с помощницей Леной, и основная, которая прибежала продавать мне маску. Маску не купила — дома и так море этих масок было, но вопрос с отношением к определенным людям у меня остался
