Постоянно огромная очередь.сотрудники не компетентные,приходила узнать сколько дней идёт посылка до Йошкар-Олы один из сотрудников сказал 7-10дней,позже пошла получать мелкий пакет и за одно ещё раз спросила,получила ответ:10-12дней. В итоге когда принесла посылку оказалось что ее можно отправить экспресс и она дойдет за 4дня.пришлось тащить ее домой и приходить ещё раз.так как мне нужно было отправить ее сыну в армию к новому году(порадовать вкусняшка и ребенка)конкретный срок очень был важен.они там сидят и не могут дать конкретный ответ на конкретный вопрос!а если не владеешь информацией зачем врать!? не понимаю.и с мелкими пакетами с АлиЭкспресс тоже....пришло с сайта подтверждение что пакет на почте я пошла,они сказали что нет ничего.через месяц пришло сообщение что остался один день хранения, побежала,сунула в лицо номер отслеживания искали 15минут.слава Богу нашли.как так!?ни извещения не было и отдали когда приходила,сказали нет.жто что вообще,они там как на подбор что ли слепые и тупые!???таких работников надо гнать в шею либо ставить над ними человека который будет обучать и надзерать,что бы наконец работать начали как надо

Во-первых чем ближе к новому году тем время доставки увеличивается, еще пришли бы отправлять 31 декабря! Во-вторых каждый нормальный человек должен знать свои отправления и трек, а ни сидеть и выжидать. 21 век вы сидите извещение ждете
