Обслуживание почты не понравилось. Очень медленно работают кассиры. Постоянные очереди. Бывало что был наблюдателем ссор между посетителем и кассиром. Так что данной почте можно желать только лучшего

С введением электронной очереди и упрощенной системы получения отправлений пользоваться услугами стало приемлемо. Но человеческий фактор все равно берет свое. На днях получал посылку. Оператор, доставая посылку с полки уронила ее под ноги идущей коллеге, та в свою очередь ее пнула. Я понимаю, что это произошло случайно, но как минимум можно было спросить могло ли там что-то повредится, да и извиниться было бы не плохо. При этом не извинений ни вопросов не последовало. Я не стал раздувать ситуацию, так как в посылке не было вещей способных повредиться, но осадочек остался. Одним словом – качество обслуживания за последние годы повысилось, но при этом есть куда стремиться.
