Покупала в Вентале тумбу для обуви Комфорт ШК-3. По размеру идеально подошла в наш коридор. Заказ сделала по e-mail, выбрала комбинированный цвет венге (основной) - слива валлис (фасад), самовывозом со склада. Менеджер ответила, что через 2 дня мы можем забрать товар. Забрали в субботу со склада в разобранном виде, молодые люди открыли коробку, все показали, тщательно упаковали снова и сами погрузили в машину. При сборке обнаружили, что часть фасада (дверца бокового шкафчика) оказалась венге. С ней смотрелось некрасиво, темновато. Все собрали, не вешая дверцу. В понедельник уточнила у продавца, ошибка это или нет, т.к. на фото в интернете видела обувницы такой комбинации цветов с фасадом слива на всех дверцах. Менеджер объяснила, что это не ошибка, а так комбинируют на фабрике, но обещала уточнить, что можно сделать. Через день ответила на почту, что можно будет сделать обмен двери на дверь нужного цвета на том же складе. Все поменяли, повесили, все замечательно. Обувница обошлась нам всего в 2700. Не знаю, сколько прослужит, но качеством сервиса и видом товара осталась очень довольна!
