Заказала здесь препарат от блох стронгхолд и корм, привезли на следующий день, позвонили, все ок. Но после вскрытия стронгхолда оказалось, что внутри упаковки лежит просроченный препарат. При этом на коробке срок указан нормальный. Все бы ничего, может, не они мухлюют, а недобросовестный поставщик, но вместо того, чтобы решить вопрос со мной, меня уже который день отсылают - завтра-завтра. Не знаю пока, чем история закончится, но то, что с негативом в компании работают мягко говоря неуспешно - это факт. Ну и рекомендация для всех, кто покупает в этом магазине - смотрите на ВСЕ возможные сроки годности, могут обманывать.

Плюсов? Ну может чуть дешевле. Заказала корм во вторник с доставкой на первую половину дня субботы. Мало того, что период с 10 до 16, в субботу как бы, не самый удобный. Но вот почему-то в субботу мне звонят и говорят, что машина у них сломалась и привезти могут с 18 до 21. Извините, я и так первую половину дня просидела дома, предлагаете еще отменить вес дела и сидеть ждать? В остальных местах нигде меня не касались поломки, а тут аж прям ничем помочь не можете. Попросила связаться со мной старшему оператору - никто не позвонил. Нашла другой магазин, где мне в тот же день привезли корм за ту же цену. А с вашим магазином больше никаких отношений иметь не хочется.
