Спустя 5 месяцев после ремонта решил написать о своих впечатления о работе Sweet House. Отзыв будет полезен тем, кто не строитель по образованию (как и я), но по натуре максималист. Если коротко - результатом доволен. Вряд ли кто-то бы сделал лучше. Но в процессе было несколько моментов, когда я сомневался в работе бригады. На мой взгляд задача была непростая. В купленном старом доме несколько лет никто не жил и он не отапливался зимой. Стены и пол были в плачевном состоянии. Там требовался капитальный подход. У жены были готовые наброски по дизайну (нашла в интернете). Но как оказалось, некоторые из них реализовать в этом доме было нереально. Либо красиво, либо качественно и надежно. Их дизайнер предложил альтернативные варианты. Получилось в итоге иначе, но все равно красиво. Жена одобрила, за исключением отделки декоративным камнем уличной стены. Она сама выбрала все материалы, принцип оформления, цвет. Кстати, спустя три месяца ее камни начали отваливаться. Сейчас жена жалеет, что не послушала специалистов. Еще момент. К моему удивлению, прораб появлялся редко и в основном для того, чтобы решить критичные моменты. Но и без надзора прораба ребята работали на совесть. Даже не ожидал. Видимо, к выбору рабочих в бюро подходят внимательно, лентяев не берут. Пару слов по срокам. Ремонт продлился дольше запланированного. В процессе работ увидели, что часть водопроводных труб нужно менять. С отделкой повременили, водопровод подлатали. Лучше медленно, но верно. Что имеем на данный момент: внутренняя отделка не посыпалась, трещин нигде нет. По фасаду нареканий тоже нет: как было при сдаче, так и осталось. Все советы рабочих оказались
