Кошмарный магазин! Продавец- консультант не мог найти товар, который находится в ассортименте. Пообещал до 17 часов найти /я в магазине в 11 часов/ . У продавца время много /целый рабочий день/. Хамство налицо!!!

Уже не раз посещали с мужем магазин Сом.12.02 мы приобрели стройматериалы для ремонта-панели и плиту ОСБ. Упаковки с панелями были запечатаны, внешних повреждений никаких-к перевозке претензий нет. При вскрытии упаковок с панелями-собраны упаковки были в магазине-мы обнаружили,что панель ПВХ Богема169180 половина матовая,а половина глянцевая. На матовых панелях отсутствует защитная заводская плёнка,а в упаковке глянцевых этих же панелей в середину!!! положены повреждённые панели.3 штуки.Фото имеются.Очень неприятная ситуация! Своим знакомы не порекомендуем брать в Соме стройматериалы с доставкой,которые мы как покупатели перед отправкой проверить не можем!
