Купил в Гианте два матраса в магазине ООО "Армуар" который является дилером МК Шатура. Размеры матрасов 160*200*270. Попросил продавцов подобрать под эти размеры наматрасники. Купил к двум матрасам 4 наматрассника , рекомендованные продавцами. Доставку пообещали через пару дней. Что мне не понравилось в результате покупки и почему я поставил им 2 -ку. Покупку только матрасом мне оформляли 40-50 минут. Наматрассники оказались не тех размеров, доставку обеспечили лишь через неделю. Раскрыв и убедившись что наматрассники не подходят, я оставшие их 4х наматрассников, два решил поменять на нужный размер. Вернул в магазин с просьбой поменять(не моя вина что мне подсунули неподходящие) на больший размер. Только через неделю попросили подьехать и написать заявление. Написал но уже с требованием вернуть за два матраса деньги. Через дня три получил отказ с мотивировкой, что это постельное белье не подлежащее возврату. В итоге купив на 70 тысяч рублей товара,получив некондицию по размеру, я получил отказ, вернуть мне 6 тысяч рублей за наматрассники. Не рекомендую покупать в этой секции, чтобы в результате не испортить окончательно себе настроение. Похоже директриса магазина забыла о том, что отзыв покупателя это успех в продвижении торговли. Надеюсь что МК Шатура ознакомиться с моим отзывом.
