Про эту контору можно книгу писать. Жаль не почитал отзывов заранее. Купил диван в декабре 2018. Диван не соответствует каталогу, размеру и механизму складывания. Через три месяца полностью его разобрал и переделал. Они даже саморезы не умеют закручивать - закручены криво и не до конца. Сплошной негатив.

Приобрели в данном магазине Угловой диван «Мокко 000750». Первая проблема произошла во время доставки. С консультантом договорились, что диван можем принять 02.05.2019 в интервале с 12:00 до 20:00(это же было указано в товарно-транспортной накладной). Его привезли только в 1 ночи 03.05.2019. Далее, во время разгрузки было обнаружено, что в комплекте не было планки(спинки), соединяющей подлокотники. Сотрудниками доставки было сказано, что это не предусмотрено в модели. На следующий день, вновь связались с консультантом и выяснили, что планка всё же должна быть и данную деталь нам могут доставить в ближайшие 10 дней, когда машина будет ехать в нашу сторону. Шло время, было множество бесед с консультантами и по прошествию месяца, планка так и не была доставлена. Нам было предложено самим приехать за этой деталью, либо продолжать ждать. В данный момент пишется заявление в РОСПОТРЕБНАДЗОР и по-прежнему ожидается деталь от злосчастного дивана. Совет другим несчастным людям, связавшим свою жизнь с этой недобросовестной конторой... Проверяйте полное наличие доставленной мебели!!! В случае, если чего-то не хватает, отправляйте их обратно без оплаты.
