Хотела купить квартиру в Сергиеве-Посаде, чтобы сдавать. Риелтор этого агентства предложил несколько вариантов, как в городе, так и в пригороде, организовал просмотры, сам отвозил меня на объекты, по каждой квартире давал подробную информацию. В итоге купила двушку на улице Маяковского, чуть больше двух миллионов заплатила. Оформлением документов также занимался риелтор. Меня все устроило, никаких проблем не возникло.

Поделюсь, так сказать, своим опытом))пользовались услугами этого агентства дважды. Первый раз обратились для сдачи квартиры в аренду на пол года. Квартиру сдали в течение двух дней. Второй раз обратились для покупки земельного участка. Их сотрудники подобрали земельный участок, помогли собрать пакет документов для оформления ипотеки. Рекомендую!
