Первый свой визит в это отделение решил совершить после работы. Из 5 окошек работало только одно, простоял пол часа, очередь не сдвинулась (очередь была длинною в 8 человек). Решив что это бесполезно, ушел. На следующий день пришел перед работой, история была та же. Ну, думаю, зайду на обеде) с 13 до 14 у них обед, подошел к 13:40, уже на улице стояло 6 человек, я подождал открытия. После обеденного перерыва открыли дверь, и опять заработало только ОДНО окно. Вопрос: Когда попасть в это отделение рабочему человеку?

Видимо из-за нехватки сотрудников в окне выдачи денежных переводов и пенсий-пособий всегда очередь. Второе окно почти всегда закрыто. Есть экспресс-отправка (в отдельном окне). Некоторые сотрудники работают здесь очень давно ( я жила здесь лет 10). Если надо просто купить конверт или открытки поздравительные - можно зайти с другой стороны дома в отдел доставки, там всегда спокойно, обычно приветливые сотрудники.

Хожу постоянно в это отделение, нареканий нет. Операторы связи работают хорошо и всегда доброжелательны. То, что очереди, так это из-за нехватки персонала и огромного количества работы. Когда один человек приходит с двумя кулями корреспонденции, которую ему вручили на работе для отправки, естественно это занимает время. Нужно же все посчитать, наклеить марки, взвесить, ввести в компьютер, и это каждое письмо из этих кулей. Операторы всегда заняты делом, не отдыхают с чаем, а работают. Просто система такая почтовая. Работники не виноваты.

Пожалуй, это самое медленное отделение почты на моей памяти! Пришла в 10 и ушла только в 11:20! А нужно было всего лишь отправить мини-бандероль!!! И это при очереди из 3 человек! Надо что-то с этим делать! Сбер же исправился, может кто купит почту? 🙏 П.с.-вторая звезда за то, что все же приняли конфеты и семена к пересылке.
