Добрый день. Очень давно являюсь клиентом данного банка, но вчера я был в восторге, так как такого отношения к себе давно не видел. Придя в офис с одним вопросом, решил столько всего, о чём мне (за 2 года!) не сказал ни один сотрудник других отделения. С закрытием кредита, всё быстро прошло, но после этого сотрудник банка помог мне закрыть все остальные счета, которые просто висели, причем, на каждом из них висели какие-то средства. Одним словом, на меня потратилось не 10-15 минут, как обычно, а почти ЧАС! Причём, всё это было сделано в качестве реальной помощи для меня и никаких навязываний лишних услуг не последовало. Мне было так приятно, что вышел из банка с широкой улыбкой.
