Продукция фирмы Олива-Факел (немного чудное название, видно из 90-х досталось))) встречается во всех сетевых магазинах в московском регионе. Рыбу я очень люблю в принципе, поэтому регулярно покупаю. Скажу одно, что раньше, пару лет назад, натыкался на пересол. Сейчас все безупречно, не побоюсь этого слова. Прямо покупаешь два три варианта одной рыбы и Олива на первом-втором месте по вкусу и всему остальному. Меридиан, конечно, всегда впереди, но там и цена выше. Кстати, советую любителям восточной кухни хе из кеты и еще там два или три вида рыбы у них есть. Я сам с Казахстана родом. Там много живет корейцев. И в их кухне я разбираюсь. Так вот, хе,которое делает Олива-Факел можно назвать конгениальным, то есть близким к оригиналу! Давал попробовать друзьям корейцам - неизменный восторг. Одним словом, рекомендую! И, кстати, у меня пару раз продукция лежала больше срока хранения. То ли холодильник LG у меня хороший, то ли продукцию готовят с соблюдением всех санитарных норм, но она была абсолютно съедобна. (Только не сочтите это за совет есть просрочку)

Замечательная копченая рыба! Регулярно покупаю различные рыбные продукты в вакууме: от селёдки до лососевых. Все очень вкусно. Всегда красивая упаковка, приятный вид, приятный вкус. Очень хороший производитель!
