Заказывали в «Окна Мастер» пвх-окна на кухню и остекление балкона. Задача была – сделать в одном стиле окно, дверь на балкон и рамы на балконе. Нам эту фирму родственики рекомендовали, давали самые хорошие отзывы про "Окна Мастер", мол, в Москве заказывать окна можно только у них. А мы живем в Люберцах, все переживали, что московская фирма не будет делать заказ для МО. Но оказалось, что у нас есть салон-магазин "Окна-Мастер", в ТЦ "Грант", там мы и смотрели все варианты, и документы все оформили. Понравилась работа менеджера: девушка рассказала о разных стеклопакетах очень подробно, какие они делают профили, в чем разница, что лучше подойдет для балкона, на все наши вопросы ответила. В результате мы решили балкон просто застеклить , без утепления, поэтому для окна кухонного выбрали двухкамерный стеклопакет для окна с профилем "Мастер Термо" (там дополнительная теплоизоляция предусмотрена). Плюс поставили на балконную дверь ручку с защелкой, и всяких фишек дополнительно – фиксатор микропроветривания, противовзломный запор, блокиратор ошибочного открывания. Причем готовились к тому, что будем это оформлять как доп.опции, а оказалось , что это уже входит в вариант "Термо", то есть, никаких доплат не потребовалось. Плюс на всю фурнитуру (и на окна естественно) нам дали гарантийные документы после установки.
