Отвратительные методы работы с покупателями. Реализуют некондиционный ламинат под видом "приличного". Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Ужасный магазин. Отвратительный сервис. Высокомерное отношение к покупателям. Правды в этом магазине не добьешься. Надеюсь, с таким отношением к покупателям долго не протянут. Считаю необходимым поделиться своим горьким опытом в покупке ламината в данном магазине (Евро-декор помимо обоев, реализует напольные покрытия). Будущий покупатель, будь осторожен в выборе данного магазина! Нам под видом недешевого ламината "слили" остатки со склада поставщика, произведенного разными сменами с разным рисунком и качеством (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); (маркировка на коробках была одинаковая). Поскольку цвет одинаковый, производитель один - мы решили его уложить. И зря! В результате - щели и торчащие углы. На ценнике пишут Швейцария, а в сертификате написано Китай. Зря мы сертификат ПЕРЕД покупкой не попросили. При предъявлении претензии отношение продавцов с нейтрального резко поменялось на высокомерное. Сначала нас убеждали, что так и должно быть (доски с разным рисунком). Затем нас же обвинили в неправильном укладывании ламината, хотя его укладывали профессионалы и полы выравнивали. На претензию ответили отказом. У персонала, видимо, установка "ни шагу назад", ни рубля возврата покупателю. Надеюсь, магазин получил достаточную прибыль, продав нам некондицию, но не подумав, что может потерять в 1000 раз больше. Их репутация ничего не стоит. В эту "забегаловку" не приду больше никогда и никому не посоветую! В контролирующие органы буду писать. Кроме того, имейте ввиду, что у магазина очень странные методы в работе с клиентами по доставке. Материалы доставляют только до подъезда. Подъема на этаж в перечне услуг нет. На этаж будете таскать сами или искать грузчиков дополнительно. Как-то несолидно для магазина, торгующего строительными материалами.
