Доставка работает отвратительно, в прошлом заказе забыли довезти пленку, деньги за нее не вернули. Следующий заказ был назначен на вчера, никто не позвонил в течение дня. Сегодня приходит смс, что доставка уже перенесена на сегодня и мы будем предупреждены за 1 час. Поступил звонок когда доставщик уже стоял под подъездом и штурмовал домофон. Обслуживание просто ужасное (((( на линию дозвониться не возможно

Заказала на сайте и оплатила сразу, мне привезли не весь заказ, забыли положить скотч! Увидела я это только поднявшись домой, т.к. курьер расписался за меня и уехал (виновата, должна была проверить перед тем как забирать пакет), я написала в поддержку, попросив добавить этот несчастный скотч в следующий заказ, а мне так и не ответили, дозвониться на горячую линию вообще очень сложно.
