У меня произошел страховой случай, после чего мне сообщили какие документы от меня необходимы. я их долго собирала, так как один из документов оформляется месяц в местов ОВД (не потому что полиция медленная, а потому что так по закону). После чего я подвезла весь пакет документов, мне сообщили что через 3-5 рабочих дней мне придет смс на ремонт. прошли эти сроки, звоню. сначала сообщают что надо ждать месяц, потом сообщают, что в среднем месяц, но могут и быстрее, потом оказывается, что им нжуен еще какой-то документ иначе талон на ремонт выдать не могут! это вообще как? всех по-разному инструктируют? или берут с улицы и сразу людей обслуживать???? КАСКО больше никогда не буду оформлять в этой отвратительной компании.

Мой страховой номер по осаго: 0243514-12. Случай был в сентябре, но до сих пор не могу получить от них деньги, сотрудники говорят, что дело находиться в бугалтерии, лежит оно там уже два месяца, а мне отвечают всегда просто ждите. Им наплевать на все положенные по закону сроки, в бухгалтерию не дают позвонить, чтоб узнать причину и не говорят где она находиться. Персонал не образованный, не могут ответить на простые вопросы. Может они стали нищими и как могут это скрывают. Вобщем ни каму не советую связываться с ними. Я скоро решусь подать в суд и требовать все неустойки по закону.
