Ужасный банк, пришла открывать накопительный счет, просидев там час подписав кучу бумаг, в итоге менеджер сама запуталась, забыла о моих просьбах, такое ощущение для нее было самое главное просто открыть счет и поставить галочку. В итоге % не получила, т.к. к этому счету открывается простой счет все делается что бы запутать клиента, написала обращение в банк, банк отказался выплате % за месяц, деньги просто пролежали на обычном счете. В других банка все проще. Короче если хотите проблем идите в этот банк подпишите кучу бумаг, забудете что хотели потом ваши проблемы это ваши проблемы. Будьте внимательны, менеджеры не слушают. Есть конечно хорошие работники в этом банке, но не все.
