Здравствуйте. Заказывал в данном магазине мебель(диваны, кровати, столики) в общей сложности чуть больше 1млн. 100% оплатил в конце ноября 2015г. Мебель получил в середине мая 2016г., правда задержку магазин компенсировал бесплатной достпвкой(в регионы). Теперь претезии к магазину: 1. Самопроизвольно поменяли кожу(качество,текстура,оттенок) на диванах. Разницу видно невооруженным глазом(остались фото выбранных образцов). На претензию ответили, что это нормально, тк на образце кожа может отличаться, хотя даже по фото можно понять, что это два разных варианта. 2. Качество исполнения мебели не очень хорошая(на 3-) проблема именно в мелочах(швы, торчаший из них наполнитель, ткань, которая прибита снизу диванов, ее края висят и тд.). По мелочам претензий очень много, всех не перечислить. 3. Доставка мебель пришла покоценная(причем упаковка была целой), из чего можно сделать вывод, что покоцали ее на складе перед упаковкой и отправкой. Это тоже было оглашено руководству, сказали, что вскрывать надо было вместе с водителем и составлять акт(сам лоханулся). После получения была составлена претензия и отправлена директору, в ответ пришли извинения, и в качестве компенсации пообещали скидку в следующий раз 15%... Не советую данный магазин никому, а если все таки решили заказывать, не платите предоплату, оплачивайте заказ только после полной проверки. P.s. Все фото, и переписка с салоном у меня сохранена.
