Заказывали с соседом металлочерепицу с доставкой. За объединение заказов запросили 1000. Оплатил. Позже выяснилось, что 1000 взяли и с меня, и с соседа. Звонил менеджеру Николаю и замерщику, обещали разобраться но вопрос не решен. Заказ №429 от 27.03.2017 г.

История «сотрудничества» Сначала сами названивали, очень хотели сотрудничать, обещали сроки 2-3 рабочих дня. Приехал их замерщик, померил Крышу, рассчитали материалы. Через несколько дней Заказали вместе с доставкой, оплатили. Было это в понедельник, доставку обещали среда, край четверг. Весь день узнавал когда отгрузка, пообещали дать ответ во вторник. Во вторник утром оказалось что заказ ещё не проведён и сроки по прежнему неизвестны. К обеду выяснилось что срок ровно неделя (отгрузка следующий понедельник). После моих возмущений мне было сказано так: «деньги мы вам вернули, заказ ваш отменили, чего вы ещё хотите?» Во вторник срочно пришлось искать производителя. Нашли, заказали, оплатили. И в этот же день все привезли. Но мы совершили одну роковую ошибку. Заказали мы листы по размерам, которые нам дала эта конторка «евровид». У производителя пересчитывать не стали, так как очень торопились. И вот незадача, в кровле остались дырки!!!! И что вы думаете мне ответили в этой компании? Правильно, ни-че-го. Просто не взяли трубку. По итогу ещё один день катаний на другой конец Москвы, трата денег на вторую доставку и т.д. В общем, если вы соскучились по головнякам, давно не нервничали, Вам совсем скучно и нечем заняться, хотите попутешествовать несколько раз по Москве, то я РЕКОМЕНДУЮ данную компанию.
