Продали в 2 раза больше наличников и доборов, чем требовалось. Не установили двери (назначили установку через неделю, потом перенесли, потом терпение закончилось), пришлось искать мастера. Мастер установил на 40% дешевле. По возврату лишних наличников и доборов — говорили без проблем, заедут заберут. Пол года говорили. Раз 20. Выкинул. Никакого клиентского сервиса. После того, как получили деньги, проблемы клиента их не волнуют.

Заказали входную дверь с установкой Установщики не отрегулировали дверь обьяснив это тем, что т.к. в квартире будет ремонт, дверь за это время "встанет" не место и будет хорошо закрываться, а если нет, то мы сами сможем отнегулировать с помощью эксцентрика. Я долго сопротивлялась и просила отрегулировать, но установщики так уверенно говорили, что в итоге согласилась на это при условии, что если у нас не получится, они приедут и отрегулируют. Ремонт закончился, дверь с трудом открывается и закрывается, даже ключи трудно поворачивать. Позвонила в магазин, объяснила, мне сказали, что Михаил (установщик, который у нас и был) перезвонит, чтобы договориться об их приезде для регулировки двери. В итоге мне никто не перезвонил, хотя с момента моего обращения прошло уже более 2 недель
