Всю свою жизнь связан с перевозками и поэтому наличие курьерской службы на всякий пожарный неотъемлемая часть моего бизнеса. Мы торгуем офисными принадлежностями и приходится перевозить много мелочи с одной торговой точки на другую. dpd выручает всегда.

Когда занимаешься бизнесом всегда хочется чтобы товар доставили как можно быстрее, искал через кого отправлять светильники и случайно нашёл курьерскую DPD, как раньше без неё жил, не понимаю.

Отвратительное отношение к клиентам, обещали доставить заказ из Икеа, с 9 до 18, сейчас почти 20 часов, курьер не отвечает на звонки, у меня маленький ребенок, которого надо уложить спать в 21 час, и во сколько доставят заказ непонятно.

Заказ AW011226122 (RU056508553). Отправление благополучно прошло таможню и на пути из Мск в СПб вложение (товар) было похищено сотрудниками DPD. Привезли вскрытый и пустой пакет. Составлен соответствующий Акт. На мой вопрос о решении вопроса по компенсации я был послан со всеми своими вопросами в американский интернет-магазин. Если не хотите лишиться важной для Вас корреспонденции/товара, то я не рекомендую пользоваться сервисом данной компании.
