Давно планировали разменять трехкомнатную квартиру на двушку и однушку, потому что жить двум семьям в одной квартире, уже стало тесно. Мы с супругом накопили небольшую сумму, плюс с продажи квартиры нам оставалась 1/3 часть суммы. Недостающую сумму решили взять в ипотеку. Осталось подобрать ипотечную программу и соответственно найти квартиру. Но оказалось, что самостоятельно – это сделать трудно, в смысле не найти, а подобрать ту квартиру, которая устроит банк и продать свою. Посоветовавшись, решили обратиться в агентство недвижимости. Обратиться в Авилон недвижимость нам посоветовали знакомые. Риэлтор Ирина взяла все обязанности по продаже квартиры, подбору квартиры и выбору ипотечной программы, на себя. На все у нас ушло 3,5 месяца, долго не могли продать свою квартиру, мы хотели одну сумму, но Ирина нас предупреждала, что мы находимся не в рынке и по такой цене не продадим. Так и вышло, пришлось снизить цену на 500 тысяч, но это не главное. Главное то, что в итоге мы переехали в двушку в хорошем районе, а мои родители в однокомнатную квартиру, в том же районе, где была наша квартира! Мы очень рады и хотим поблагодарить Ирину за проделанную работу!
